6. Donations and Event Registrations
Donations are considered gifts to the ministry and are non-refundable, except in the case of processing errors (which will be corrected upon request).
Paid events: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) via trusted third-party services such as Planning Center.
7. Communications & Messaging
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive ministry-related communications (via email, text, or messenger).
- You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or replying “STOP.”
- Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies.
Our communications systems may include Go High Level, Planning Center, and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools like Planning Center, Google Analytics, YouTube, and Meta to enhance our ministry outreach.
These platforms have their own privacy and terms of service. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle your data.
9. Photo and Video Use
By attending or participating in our services or events, you grant East Chicago Church permission to use photographs, video recordings, and livestream footage for ministry, promotion, and online sharing.
- We do not intentionally identify or post images of minors without parental consent.
- You may request not to be featured by contacting us at pastor@eastchicagochurch.com or speaking with our Welcome Team.
